Re: Crimes against children


You may have been aware of our sta nd against the Siena / Francis house and it's administration for allowing a kitchen manager to molest children in the attic of that center. We are still in the process of asking for the removal of the associate Director -William (Bill) Keck. The board has finally fired and / or asked for the resignation of all the others Paul Koch, The Administrator, Ronald Camper & son, John Churchill the molester. The resident manager (Camper) & his son sold crack cocaine out of the front door of that Treatment center / Shelter for over five years. If it were up to me, the entire administration would be charged with felonies, and in jail for what they have done to this community... To the children of our community, Children/ Teens that was violated by the Kitchen manager (John Churchill.)Paul Koch the director who told me himself he knew of what had been going on, he just thought they would come to their senses, I asked him "when, After all this went on for Ten years I'm sorry, it just makes me still so very anger to think about these man them knowing of all this and allow it to happen, It just hurts me so... William (Bill) Keck the Associate, Director also knew of all this for over five years and did nothing. I sat in their offices A number of times, several occasions asking them why they had not acted on the information we consistently received concerning this matter. I asked the church people that came to the center why they had not taken action. I was told, they were told "it was just rumor with no validity" also that they were threatened "If you want to continue working here at the center not speaking of this again is required." Anyone that brought allegations to the administration about these matters pretty much was told the same thing. I was one of the people they could not, w ould not be affected by their threats or lies. The spread a number of lies around about me trying to discredit me, hopping that would make my allegations be disregarded. I tell my readers often," When you have nothing to hide, you hide nothing." When I was a young man I was given an alternative by the educational director of a children center that if I wanted to continue be in the work / school program I had to submitted to this man's advances. I went to the director of that center. Come to find out he was as involved with molesting / abusing children as the educational director (Preston Serials, Robert Quire.) I refused to accept what they were doing. I was only fourteen at the time. Eventually an investigation took place, which resulted in the indictment of the administration of the Brunette Bay land children canter and some of the other staff....
I honestly believe unless we change the laws regarding what happens to people who have committed crimes against children. I n-act laws regarding people who have covered up crimes against children this all will continue to get worse. I asked the Director of the Francis House how long would this have had to go on before he thought It would have been enough, I can not believe a man would, al I believe it is imperative the people of this country come together and make the legislatures change The Laws. Laws that we have in place including and not secluded to, the laws regarding the mental illness defense in which need desperately to be changed also regarding child abusers, people that pry on children. We need laws in place that keep offenders off the streets. A law that, will put people like Paul Koch, William (Bill) Keck, Ron Camper In prison for covering up crimes against children. We need to change the laws.... When our Mayer received those paper (not the current Mayer the last one) I hand delivered to Haul Daub, when he knew of the crimes against children and did nothing, this new law would apply to him as well. It is time we stop this mess that has been created by people doing nothing, we need to take a stand for the childre n... When I took over as the community service coordinator I found that John Churchill was writing off community service hours for kids at the center. I was told to just forget it, I caught him on a Sunday coming out of the attic with a six-teen year old boy. As I told them in my report if you could have seen the look on that poor kids face you wouldn't question for a moment what was going on in that attic. It horrifies me that a recovery / treatment center staff can get away with crimes like this. This will be the petition sent to the congressman and the President of the United States. Little Note: I ran out of people to go to, I sat at this desk and wrote a letter to the President (USA) shortly after they announced that the center Director would be resigning from his position. You may have heard on Christian Radio, He (The President, George Bu sh.) called on our own legislatures. Right here in Nebraska, asking how they were dealing with issues concerning reports of child ab use, this was our United States President listening when just a concerned citizen wrote him a letter about an injustice. He took action, we have a great man in office.... That is the kind of president we have put in office, I for-see great thing happening in our future with Gouge Bush at President ... In Agreement: The Petition I am singing, a petition asking for our Laws to be changed concerning child abuse. A law enacted concerning people that hide / cover up crimes against children....
A) Law enacted charging a person with a class "C" Felony if convicted of any form of covering up, having knowledge of / or participating in the cover up of information of the crimes against children
B) Changing the laws concerning persons changed with child abduction, child sexual abuse, and child abandonment...Longer sentencing. Please make sure to send this petition to your friends, neighbors, and church members we need as many signatures as possible to get the Attention this petition needs. I promised the President I would keep working on getting as many people behind this as it will take to make this happen. It is about time we speak for the children. They told me, people say they would rather sleep on the street rather then for them to spend another night at the Francis house. You can't remove a piece of a problem you need to get rid of all of it.
